Advancement. There are many opportunities for advancement with responsibility and pay rate. A Manufacturing Operator is usually fully trained within 6 to 12 months.
Shift Differential. We offer three shifts, 1st (7:30 – 3:30), 2nd (3:30 – 11:30), 3rd (11:30 – 7:30). Second shift has a 7% differential. Third shift has 14% differential.
Attendance Incentive. An additional incentive of $1.00/hour offered on a week by week basis to employees who work at least 40 hours (up to $2,080 annually).Â
Difficulty Differential. Select processes, including wet chemical lines and CNC machines are more difficult to learn, do, master, and maintain. The following tables show wage benchmarks by job difficulty, job position, experience and shift differential.
Overtime. Manufacturing Operators are asked or required to work overtime hours during the week and on weekends. Overtime hours are paid at 1.5x base wage. Typical overtime would be 1 to 5 hours during the week and 8 hours on a Saturday for 10 – 12 Saturdays per year.Â
