This e-mail address is monitored by several people and ensures the quickest response time to your request. 

Information that should be included in the RFQ include the following:

1. Production data package (in either Gerber or ODB++ format)
2. Detailed fabrication drawing
3. Customer or end-user specifications
4. Expected array requirements (if any)
5. Quantities and lead-times required

Upon receipt, Calumet Electronics enters your request into a queue, and prioritizes a response per your requirements. Our standard quote turn is within one business day, but RFQs can be completed in as little as 20 minutes if requested (depending on the complexity of the requested quote).

A comprehensive DFM analysis is generated on each quote package we receive (if the information provided renders this possible), and all part traits identified during this review are displayed on our quote form for customer review. Any assumptions made at time of quote are clearly listed on our quote form, and will need to be resolved/confirmed prior to order acceptance during contract review.

Calumet Electronics’ quotes are valid for 45 days after generation, and we maintain all files and drawings (which will be used to produce the part when the order is received). Any changes to the production data package, fabrication requirements, array configuration or deliverable requirements will be subject to re-quote.
