Employee Spotlight: Brittany Tillitson, Lab Technician
CALUMET, Mich. — Brittany Tillitson, has been a valuable member of the Calumet Electronics team since 2019.
Brittany works in our lab, where she helps to ensure PCB conformance not seen through visual inspections. She is one of the team members who are responsible for the final evaluation of boards before the customers receive them. Her work is vital to the on-time delivery and quality of all of our products. She’s always ready to pitch in, no matter what the task. Her versatility in both sides of the lab helps with the day-to-day operations of getting work orders through the lab efficiently.

Brittany enjoys collaborating and talking with her work friends, but she especially likes the problem-solving aspects of her job. “Each day, different people bring in different problems for us to solve. We work together as a team to improve everything that comes through our lab,” she explained. “The work here is never dull.”
