Employee Spotlight: Ashley Spagnotti, Auto Optical Inspection

CALUMET, Mich. — Ashley Spagnotti, has been a valuable member of the Calumet Electronics team since October of 2017.

Ashley works in the Outer–AOI (Auto Optical Inspection) department, where she inspects circuit boards before they leave the building to ensure they’re free of defects. Her knowledge and experience extend beyond AOI—Ashley formerly worked in the press department, building multilayer circuit boards. Her experience is matched with a great attitude.

“Ashley is always ready to help with a smile, whether in her own department or the press department, where she’s cross-trained,” said Michael Messner, Employee Development & Training Manager. “Our customers require perfection, and Ashley helps deliver that as a critical part of our quality control standards and processes.”

“Every job here is important.”

—Ashley Spagnotti
